Do you accept insurance?
I do not work directly with insurance providers. However, if you have an insurance plan that reimburses for psychotherapy, I am deemed an “out of network” provider and a receipt will be given to you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement will be subject to your individual plan. However, full payment is required at the time of service.

How long will I be in therapy for?
In short, it depends. Some clients remain in therapy for just a few months, others for many years. I believe it is important for both therapist and client to set goals early in the therapeutic process and regularly assess progress towards those goals. The therapeutic journey is one that unfolds in unexpected ways and can take surprising turns, that cannot be anticipated either by the client or the therapist. Ideally, the length of treatment is collaboratively determined, however a client may terminate treatment at any time
